At Forge Psychological, my mission is to make mental health care more accessible, affordable, and effective for people in our community. I offer individual therapy, group sessions, walk-and-talk therapy, and virtual appointments to meet clients where they’re at—both emotionally and logistically. My practice is grounded in evidence-based approaches like CBT, DBT, and trauma-informed care, with a strong focus on neurodivergent and LGBTQ+ affirming support.
I believe that therapy should be practical, empowering, and rooted in mutual respect. Whether you’re managing anxiety, depression, ADHD, or navigating life transitions, I’m here to help you build skills, gain insight, and move toward the life you want.
